This type of rental is PERFECT for my dad, The only thing is that he isn’t able to move here until July or August.
I introduced you to my mom, Gail Hillesheim who worked with you to buy her home in Leisure Village back in 2010.
My dad lives in Washington and is planning to move here in July or August. I’d love for him to buy a home in Leisure Village, but I think the prices have become almost unaffordable. His rent will need to be $1600 maximum or the purchase price of one-bedroom would need to be $220,000 or less.
With that said, I hope you will keep me updated to what becomes available in leisure village within my dad;s means.
