Wondering why the fitness center is not listed on the amenities of the community–especially now that it’s been redone so nicely!
I think the lease information on the site may need to be updated. If I’m not mistaken, there is no longer a 2-yr maximum on the lease.
What is the most expensive item on the list? In other words, what amenity takes up the most money? If I don’t golf, can it lower my HOA? Interested in buying, but the the HOA fee is a killer when looking at the price of the properties here. If you have to finance the purchase this added cost can make the monthly payment very, very high.
